Juan Garza

Juan Garza is a skilled engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Currently serving as a Reliability Engineer and Hydraulic Engineer at ProPetro Services, Inc. since January 2022, Juan previously held the position of Lean Engineer at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from April 2021 to January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Industrial Engineer and New Product Introduction Engineer at Panasonic Automotive from August 2019 to April 2021, as well as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at WoodCrafters from September 2017 to July 2018, where Juan contributed to the development of Guidebooks and Standard Operating Sheets to enhance manufacturing processes.
