Marcel Horlings

Marcel Horlings is a seasoned professional in pharmacovigilance with extensive experience in the veterinary sector. Currently, Marcel holds the position of Senior Manager in the QPPV Office at ProPharma Group since May 2014, following roles as Senior Consultant and Managing Senior Safety Executive at Vigilex. Previously, Marcel worked at Merck Animal Health from 2007 to January 2014, where responsibilities included leading the Global Pharmacovigilance Team for Biologicals and serving as Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance. Other significant positions include International Pharmacovigilance Manager at Intervet Schering Plough and International Pharmacovigilance Officer at Intervet International.
