Nikki Costantino

Nikki (Cooper) Costantino is an accomplished business development executive with extensive experience in the life sciences and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development for Clinical Research Solutions at ProPharma Group since August 2021, Nikki focuses on delivering strategic consulting and CRO services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. Prior to this role, Nikki was the Director of Business Development at Firma Clinical Research, where a patient-centric approach was emphasized in drug and medical device development. Nikki's earlier experience includes Regional Sales Manager at ThinkingPhones and a progression through various sales leadership positions at Cbeyond, which included managing teams and driving revenue growth. Nikki holds a Marketing degree from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business.
