Stephen Irecki's work experience begins in 2003 as a Software Developer at Synapse Group Ltd, where they developed various solutions using the JAIN SLEE Platform.
In 2006, they joined TelstraClear as a Contact Center Applications Consultant and later became a Contact Center MAC Co-ordinator, providing pre-sales, consulting, and support for contact center solutions.
From 2008 to 2011, Stephen worked at Global Cloud Xchange as a Technical Consultant and later as a Senior Technical Consultant, responsible for designing and specifying global managed WAN, Security, Voice, and Contact Center solutions.
In 2012, they joined Genesys | Interactive Intelligence, starting as a Solutions Engineer and later holding various leadership positions, including Solutions Engineering Team Lead and Solutions Engineering Manager.
Throughout 2018, they worked in different roles as a Chief Operations Officer at Snare Solutions, eMite Pty Ltd, and Prophecy International Pty Ltd.
At Prophecy International Pty Ltd, Stephen held multiple positions, including Head of Solutions Consulting, Director of Global Customer Operations, VP of Global Customer Operations, and currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer.
Stephen Irecki obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Information and Telecommunications from Massey University between 2002 and 2005. Stephen also holds several certifications, including eMite Certified Engineer (ECE) from Prophecy International Pty Ltd, Interaction Dialer Certified Engineer (IDCE), Interaction Center Certified Engineer (ICCE), Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP), Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP), and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). The obtained years for their certifications range from 2007 to 2018.
