Haisheng Wang

Haisheng Wang has been working in the corporate world since 2004. Haisheng began their career at Schneider Electric (China) Investment Co., Ltd. as an M&A Manager, where they worked for four years. In 2008, Wang moved to Huatai United Securities Co., Ltd., Research Division as the Chief Analyst. In 2013, they joined PingAn Securities as the Director of IPO & Refinancing Department, IDB. In 2014, they became an Independent Director at Kong Sun Yongtai Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. In 2018, Wang took a role as VP of M&A at Jiangsu NANDA Optoelectronic Materials Co., Ltd (300346.SZ). Most recently, in 2021, Wang became the Country Manager at PROPHESEE.

Haisheng Wang attended Tsinghua University from 1996 to 2002, where they earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Automation.
