Ludovic Chotard

Ludovic Chotard has extensive experience in the field of machine vision sensors and systems. Ludovic started their career at STMicroelectronics in 2000, where they worked as a Digital Engineer, focusing on video compression and IP specification and development. Ludovic then transitioned to the role of Imaging Hardware Architect, where they were responsible for assessing silicon complexity and feasibility of new algorithms, as well as defining innovative solutions for new product development. In 2011, they became the Lead Hardware Architect, overseeing the hardware architecture for various projects. In 2015, they joined PROPHESEE as the Head of System Development, managing the acquisition and processing of visual information. Ludovic later took on the role of Director System Solutions, leading a team of system engineers in the design of Camera Evaluation Kits and Reference Systems. Currently, Ludovic serves as the Imaging Product Director and Architect at PROPHESEE, where they continue to take on system architecture challenges and develop innovative IP solutions.

Ludovic Chotard attended Grenoble INP - UGA from 1998 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Electronic and Computer engineering.
