Layla Keramat is Partner, Experience + Innovation EMEA with 25+ years’ experience defining and designing innovative solutions with her teams.
With a human centered design approach, Layla draws inspiration from challenging our current experiences towards shaping futures where we contribute to an economy protecting our resources and deeply caring for all.
Layla designs complex systems of service and product for connected car, electric & future mobility, future learning, telcos, IoT (at home and industry), and future cities for clients such as BMW, Volkswagen, IKEA, China UnionPay, Deutsche Telekom, AT&T, o2 Telefonica, Saudi Telekom, Samsung, Siemens, General Electric, 9/11 Memorial Museum, and other leading brands and startups.
Her programs have been successfully brought to markets across the US, Europe, Middle East, and China. Layla has spoken recently on these topics at the Business Design Talks Gdynia, InnoTrans Berlin (on the future of mobility), TU München, University of St. Gallen, Lucerne University, NYU Museum Studies Master’s Program, is Jury member of the ADCE, as well as served as Jury UX Awards and Adjunct Professor at the School of Visual Arts in New York.
Born in Frankfurt, and equally at home in New York, Layla is based in Germany where she leads a multi-disciplinary team.
