Thomas Vissering

Thomas Vissering has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Thomas began their career in 2000 as a Sales Associate at Lincar bv. From there, they worked as a Parts Manager at Gabo Autoservice Alphen B.V. until 2010. Following this, they joined ALC Warehousing as an Operations and Logistics Manager, responsible for optimizing procedures, managing HR, and maintaining certifications. In 2018, Thomas joined Proponent, where they initially served as a Supervisor logistics before progressing to the role of Manager of Operations. In this position, they implemented lean philosophies, designed layouts, and implemented software and safety regulations. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Operations at Proponent.

From 2021 to 2021, they attended Mike Osterling Consultancy where they studied Lean Management. During the same period, they also studied as a Lean Facilitator at the same institution.

In 2018, they attended Franklin Covey for a course on 7 habits.

In 2016, they completed the PGS15 program at EVO, focusing on the storage of dangerous goods. Thomas also obtained a GDP Responsible Person certification from KTL and a HACCP food safety certification from PlusPort.
