Joseph Ruggeri has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Joseph began their career as an intern at Shiney Objects, where they helped develop software training programs and managed a corporate resource library.
Joseph then joined Dillards as an Assistant Area Sales Manager before quickly being promoted to the role of Area Sales Manager for Shoes. Joseph also served as an Assistant Store Manager, overseeing operations and managing store staff.
In 2005, Joseph joined Propper International as a Sales Executive Assistant and gradually worked their way up to become the Sr. Vice President of Merchandising and Product Development. In this role, they were responsible for product vision, merchandising decisions, and the addition of footwear to their responsibilities.
Joseph also held the role of Vice President of Merchandising - Apparel and Accessories at Propper International, where they developed product briefs, established open-to-buy budgets, and successfully launched over 60 new products.
Prior to that, they served as a Product Manager/Merchandise Planner, where they increased operational oversight and management of the commercial division and revamped the corporate forecasting process.
Before their time at Propper International, Joseph was the Customer Service Manager at Propper International, where they directed day-to-day efforts of a call center and managed the Accounts Receivable team.
