Kristofer Fichtner

Kristofer Fichtner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy and real estate sectors. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of ecoworks GmbH since September 2018, Kristofer specializes in industrial net zero modernizations for residential and commercial real estate. Additionally, Kristofer has served as a Venture Partner at PropTech1 since January 2018, facilitating deal sourcing and support for startups in the energy and real estate industries. Contributions also include roles on advisory boards, such as at Comgy and as part of the Beirat Gründung at HTW Berlin, where Kristofer aids in enhancing entrepreneurial environments. Previously, Kristofer co-founded Thermondo GmbH, a decentralized energy supplier, and held various positions in management consulting and research. Kristofer holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems and Business Management from the University of Münster.
