Marion Le Guével has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. They most recently worked at Propylon, starting in 2020, where they initially served as a Senior Full Stack developer before being promoted to Lead Engineer in January 2022. Prior to that, Marion worked at TDS (Time Data Security) from 2015 to 2020, holding various positions such as Development Team Lead - TDS Visitor and Software Analyst and Development Team Lead - TDS Student. In these roles, Marion managed teams, delivered new features, and integrated third-party software for a Visitor Management System used by enterprise clients. Marion also played a key role in restructuring the department to accommodate the company's rapid growth. Before TDS, Marion worked briefly as an Information System Analyst at Vacalians in 2014. Prior to that, they were employed at Sherpa Technologies from 2012 to 2014 as a Web Developer Lead, where they managed a team of four and handled project management responsibilities. Marion's career began as a Game and Level Designer, Graphic Designer, and Developer at Eurocenter in 2011.
Marion Le Guével has a diverse education history. In 2005, they completed their BTEC National Diploma in Art and Design at Lycée Camille Claudel in Vauréal. Marion continued their studies in art and graduated with a B.A. (Ordinary) degree in Art/Art Studies, General from Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III in 2010.
Afterward, Marion pursued their interest in video games and earned a BSc (Honors) degree in Video Games from Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III in 2011. Marion further enhanced their skills in computer science and completed a Diploma in Computer Science from IUT de Montpellier in 2012. Marion then enrolled in Polytech and obtained an M.Eng. degree in Computer Science and Management in 2015.
In 2014, Marion attended Cranfield University, where they focused on Software Engineering for Technical Computing and earned an MSc degree in Computational & Software Techniques in Engineering in 2015.
In addition to their formal education, Marion has also obtained several certifications. Marion completed the Django for Everybody Specialization and Python 3 Programming Specialization from Coursera in November 2020. In March 2019, they finished the Programming with Google Go Specialization. Marion also possesses certifications in Software Processes and Agile Practices (obtained in February 2018) and Introduction to Software Product Management (obtained in January 2018), both from Coursera.
