Cary Umrysh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the software and technology sectors. Currently serving as VP of Customer Success for the Travel Division at PROS Pricing Inc since August 2001, Cary oversees customer success initiatives for revenue management and pricing optimization solutions across a diverse range of clients in the travel industry. Prior roles include Sr. Product Manager and Development Manager at Rational Software, and Sr. Software Developer/Manager at IBM, where Cary excelled in leading software development projects and training initiatives. An early career internship at Nortel showcased Cary's engineering skills, which were further solidified with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Ottawa, as well as an Honorary Certificate for Published Works in Computer Software Engineering from Addison-Wesley Publishers.
