Stefan Schulz

Stefan Schulz is currently serving as the Chairman of the Audit Committee at Outreach and as the EVP & CFO at PROS. Stefan has a background in finance and accounting, having held various CFO positions at companies like Digital River and Lawson Software. Prior to their CFO roles, Stefan worked as a Corporate Controller at BMC Software and an Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen. Stefan holds a BBA in Accounting from Lamar University.
