Marcelo Luiz started their career at Ford Motor Company as a Product Engineer Trainee, where they were involved in durability and performance testing of vehicles. Marcelo Luiz then worked at Unilever as a Project Engineer Trainee, focusing on capital expenditure proposals and implementing working methods. Sartori further developed their project management skills at Cia Iguaçu de Café Solúvel - Marubeni Corp., where they were responsible for maintenance and project engineering, including the installation of equipment and improvement of production processes. Marcelo Luiz Sartori has a diverse educational background. In 1990, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba. Marcelo Luiz furthered their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in business and rural administration from UEL - Universidade Estadual de Londrina, which they completed in 2002.
