Orville Burks

Orville Burks has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1993, they worked at W C Burks Trucking / Green Country Mail Service as a Manager and Truck Driver. During their time there, they implemented training programs for new drivers, facilitated negotiations for contracts, and performed routine equipment maintenance. In 2006, Burks joined Bartlesville Public Schools as a Transportation Manager and later as the Director of Transportation. In these roles, they oversaw fleet operations for 42 buses, improved parts management and maintenance, and boosted customer satisfaction. Orville also identified cost-saving strategies to stay under budget for 10 consecutive years. Currently, Burks is working as an Advanced Consultant at proSapient, joining the company in 2022.

Orville Burks earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, as well as Psychology, from Southern New Hampshire University between the years 2017 and 2021. In March 2022, Orville obtained a certification in Social and Behavioral Research - Basic/Refresher from the CITI Program.
