Imogen Parnham-Kenny currently serves as the Sustainability, Climate and Environment Lead at Prosci since April 2024 and has been with Prosci Europe since July 2016 as an Executive Instructor and Change Advisor, leading training programs and supporting clients in change management using the Prosci methodology. Previous roles at Prosci included Change Practitioner and Assistant Change Advisor, where Imogen managed communication strategies during organizational acquisitions and supported change management initiatives. Imogen has experience in stakeholder engagement as the Staff Life Officer at the University of Exeter and served in various roles with Enactus, focusing on community projects and team leadership. Additional experience includes an internship at NHS Bristol Clinical Commissioning Group, operational roles at Sky Garden Ltd. and Asda, and teaching swimming at Cheltenham College. Imogen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Exeter.
