Natalia Rostotska (Gridina), MBA, PMP has worked in various roles and organizations throughout their career. Natalia'smost recent position was at ProSciento, Inc. where they held multiple roles, including Sr. Director of Budgets & Contracts, Director of Budgeting and Contracting, and Associate Director of Budgeting and Contracting. In these roles, Natalia was responsible for developing and implementing business processes, managing client and vendor relationships, reporting cash flow projections, overseeing budget proposals, negotiating contracts, managing change orders, and maintaining budgeting and forecasting tools. Prior to their time at ProSciento, Natalia worked as a Senior Contract Manager at Clintrax Global, Inc., a Country Expert and CTA Lead at PRA International, a Change Manager at Woerwag Pharma GmbH & Co. KG, an Office Manager and Legal Assistant at Law Firm "Ilyashev and Partners", and as an intern at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. Natalia's experience also includes a role as an Associate at First National Information Network.

Natalia Rostotska (Gridina) has a diverse education history. In 2003, they began their studies at Kyiv International University and obtained a Master's degree in International Relations, English and Danish Interpreter in 2008. Following this, from 2007 to 2009, Natalia pursued a Master's degree in Crisis Management at La Sapienza University in Italy. Natalia then moved on to complete an International MBA at the University of New Brunswick, from 2011 to 2012. To further enhance their professional qualifications, Natalia then attended UC San Diego in 2014 to obtain their certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
