Gina Taranto

Gina Taranto, PhD has over 15 years of work experience in various roles related to applied science, organizational development, linguistics, analytics, and data science. Gina is currently the Director of Applied Science and Accelerated Learning Solutions at ProSearch, a position they have held since January 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Organizational Development at ProSearch starting in January 2016. Previous to their time at ProSearch, they worked at MarketTools, Inc. as a Senior Business Analyst from March 2011 to April 2012. Before that, they were at H5 where they held several positions including Associate Director of Professional Services from June 2009 to March 2011, Senior Manager of Technology and Development from April 2007 to June 2009, Manager of Linguistic Technology from September 2005 to May 2007, and Discourse Analyst from December 2004 to September 2005. Additionally, Gina had a brief stint as a Visiting Director of the Professional Services Group at H5 Asia Pacific in Mumbai in 2007.

Gina Taranto, PhD, holds a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Gina further pursued their education and obtained a PhD in Linguistics from UC San Diego.
