Pete Dabrowski

Pete Dabrowski has extensive experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on relationship management, business development, and leadership roles. Pete currently serves as the Vice President of Geared Products at ProShares, where they manage the Relationship Management team for over one hundred ETFs. Pete is responsible for coordinating with internal teams to create a business plan that aligns with company goals and promotes client engagement. Prior to their current role, Pete worked as the Senior Manager in the Tactical Division at ProShares, where they focused on client education and product strategies for Tactical ETFs, including digital assets and leveraged products.

Before joining ProShares, Pete founded Wealthlife Partners, a consulting firm that advised asset managers, financial planners, and accounting firms on business strategy, growth, and marketing. Pete also provided research services to help financial organizations create new products for financial professionals. Pete was also a Product Owner at EveryIncome, a start-up, where they fostered a collaborative environment and advised the company on product sourcing and development.

Earlier in their career, Pete held leadership positions at Burney Company, where they directed a team of financial advisors and developed two Wealth Management business lines. Pete also served as the Regional VP in the Eastern Division at Carson Partners, overseeing financial advisors and implementing efficiency measures for wealth generation. Additionally, Pete held Vice President roles at Fidelity Investments and TD Ameritrade, where they focused on institutional sales and building relationships with Broker Dealers and RIA firms.

Pete started their career at Overture Asset Management and Rydex Investments, where they prospecting and managed client relationships across various channels, selling proprietary products such as mutual funds, ETFs, and annuity sub-accounts.

Throughout their career, Pete has demonstrated their expertise in relationship management, business strategy, and product development, working with various financial organizations to drive growth and success.

Pete Dabrowski completed their high school education at Bethesda Chevy Chase High School from 1982 to 1986. During this time, they obtained a diploma with a specialization in Finance and Financial Management Services. After completing high school, they pursued higher education at Columbia Union College from 1988 to 1991. Pete earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from this institution.
