Justin Cramer

Justin Cramer has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Justin began their career in the US Navy as a Machinist Mate First Class, where they operated fluid systems in US Naval Nuclear Power Plants, led operational and maintenance teams, and trained enlisted and officers.

Following their time in the Navy, Justin worked as a Software Deployment Specialist at Tech Assist in 2000 and as a Software Engineer at ADSI in early 2001.

In 2001, they joined Best Way Technologies as the Executive Vice President of Operations and Development, a role they held for over 13 years.

In 2009, Justin joined ProShip, Inc. as the Head of Software Deployment, overseeing a team of 20+ software engineers. Justin progressed through various roles in ProShip, including Director of Services, Director of Sales Engineering, Head of Sales, Interim Head of Marketing, and eventually Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Justin'smost recent role at ProShip is as the VP of Product Integration, starting in January 2024.

Throughout their career, Justin has gained extensive experience in sales, marketing, software deployment, and product integration. Justin has proven their ability to lead teams, provide pre-sales engineering and architecture advice, and successfully integrate enterprise shipping software.

Justin Cramer attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, studying Information Technology Project Management. No specific dates or degree completion were provided.
