Leslie Cox

Leslie Cox is an accomplished Site Reliability Engineer with experience at ProShop ERP since June 2022. Prior to this role, Leslie was a Jr Site Reliability Engineer, and held various technical positions including Technical Account Specialist at Ricoh USA, Inc. from November 2020 to May 2022, and Network Administrator for Hillsborough County from November 2017 to May 2020. Previous experience includes serving as Service Desk Lead at American Mortgage Consultants, Inc., and Information Technology Support Specialist at both Studer Group and Firstar Bank. Leslie holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Cloud Computing from Western Governors University, completed in April 2022.
