Tanja Stöger

Tanja Stöger has a diverse work experience in the field of organizational development and human resources. Tanja started their career at Zeppelin Group in 2016, where they held various roles including a HR business partner and manager of HR strategy. During their time at Zeppelin Group, they also worked as a project lead for HCM recruiting and change management. In 2022, Tanja joined ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE as a Senior Manager of Organizational Development & Operational Excellence. Tanja later advanced to the role of Associate Director, responsible for organization & culture.

Tanja Stöger's education history includes a Master of Arts in Pädagogik from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, which they achieved from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Ethnologie from the same university, spanning from 2010 to 2014.
