Cole Chandler has extensive experience in technical support and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Tech Support Engineer at ProSoft Technology Inc. since March 2019, Chandler previously held the position of Help Desk Engineer II at the same company from March 2012 to November 2015, where responsibilities included monitoring helpdesk systems, providing IT support, and managing PC setups. Prior experience includes working as a Counter Sales representative at Sully & Son Hydraulics Inc., where Chandler assembled hoses and repaired hydraulic equipment, and as a Route Manager at Energized Distribution LLC, overseeing sales and inventory management in grocery and convenience stores. Chandler studied at Bakersfield College from 2002 to 2003.
