Oleg Kharlamov

Oleg Kharlamov is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in sales, partner management, and marketing. Currently serving as Business Development Lead at ProSoft since March 2017, Oleg focuses on biometric hardware development. Prior to this, Oleg held various roles at Microsoft from 2005 to 2016, including Partner Sales Executive and Partner Account Manager, where responsibilities revolved around building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth. Early career experience includes positions in marketing and sales management at Documentum Services and Vest-Co, alongside an engineering degree in Applied Mathematics from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI and an MBA from The Open University.
