David Blum

David Blum is a highly experienced finance professional with a focus on real estate debt and credit solutions. Currently serving as Managing Director at Prospect Ridge since April 2021, David previously held leadership roles including Managing Director of Real Estate Debt at Angelo Gordon and Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at GTIS Debt Capital Management. David's extensive background also includes directing the lending platform at LStar Capital and serving as Senior Vice President at Capmark, where responsibilities included commercial real estate origination and underwriting. David began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an associate in strategy consulting for retailers. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business and New York University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
