David Seshens currently serves as Vice President at Prospect Ridge since September 2023. Previously, David held the position of Director, Investments at Cadre from April 2018 to October 2022, where oversight of a $3.5 billion diversified, institutional-quality real estate portfolio was a key responsibility. Prior experience includes a role in Investments at Raith Capital Partners LLC from May 2016 to April 2018, as well as serving as Executive Vice President at a Real Estate Family Office between March 2014 and December 2015. Additionally, David was Vice President at Avenue Capital Group from March 2006 to February 2014. David holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
