Vishal Kapoor

Vishal Kapoor has a diverse range of work experience. Vishal is currently working as the General Manager of Analytics at Prospection, a role they started in October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Product, Data & Innovation at Prospection from April 2020 to October 2022.

Before joining Prospection, Vishal worked as an Advisor at Skoutli from August 2019 onwards, where they collaborated with the founder on business strategies and technology foundations for scaled operations.

From April 2018 to April 2020, Vishal was a founding member and Director of Data & Analytics at INGRITY. In this role, they played various roles in delivery, company building, recruitment, and sales. Vishal also developed an advanced analytics practice in the risk management field, which became a niche capability in the market.

Prior to that, Vishal worked at Mu Sigma Inc. from December 2014 to January 2018. Vishal held the position of Regional Leadership from June 2015 to January 2018 and was responsible for a team of analysts handling delivery for a leading telecommunications client. Vishal also served as a Senior Manager in Analytics Delivery from December 2014 to June 2015 at Mu Sigma.

Vishal's work experience also includes a role as the Regional Manager for the Asia Pacific region at Bayesia from May 2013 to October 2014.

Vishal started their career at Infosys Technologies Ltd in July 2010, where they worked as a Systems Engineer in the Banking and Capital Market domain, building applications for an international bank in the US.

Vishal was also actively involved in student entrepreneurship during their time at E-Cell National Institute of Technology, Karnataka from August 2007 to May 2010. Vishal held the role of Member & Joint Convenor, aiming to create world-class entrepreneurs and infuse the spirit of entrepreneurship among students.

Additionally, Vishal completed an internship in Marketing and Business Development at Orizin Technologies in May and June 2008.

Overall, Vishal Kapoor has established a strong background in analytics, product management, data innovation, entrepreneurship, and strategic advisory roles throughout their career.

Vishal Kapoor attended the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, where they pursued a B.Tech degree in Information Technology. Prior to that, they studied at Pranab Vidyapith Hr. Sec. School, focusing on Mathematics and Computer Science.
