Ran Maoz, MBA, is an experienced analyst and consultant with a strong background in tax policy and capital markets, particularly in the mineral exploration sector. Currently serving as an Analyst at the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC), Ran leads advocacy efforts related to access to capital and generates research reports to inform organizational strategy. Additionally, as a part-time consultant at the Schulich School of Business, Ran advises on program redesigns and conducts market research for new courses. Past experience includes business consulting, financial advising, and research roles in various organizations, focusing on economic and financial analysis across multiple sectors including real estate, environmental rehabilitation, and mining finance. Educational qualifications include an MBA with a specialization in International Business and Global Mining Management from Schulich School of Business, as well as degrees in Environmental Studies and Economics & Management.
