Jeff Killian

As the Executive Vice President of Operations, Jeff oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions for personal lending, home equity, and credit card businesses.

Jeff joined Prosper in 2022 and brings over 25 years of experience from multiple industries. Before joining Prosper, Jeff was the Head of Customer at Spot Insurance. Prior to Spot Insurance, Jeff led service and operations supporting eBay's North American and Australian markets. At New York Life, Jeff led operations for the life, annuity, and securities businesses. Jeff started his career at Capital One, spending 17 years leading various operations organizations for the card, lending, and retail banking divisions. Jeff received his bachelor's degree from Baylor University and a master's degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University.
