Ronesha Hayes

Ronesha Hayes is an accomplished professional in organizational learning and business consulting, currently serving as Manager of Organizational Learning and Initiatives at Home Forward since October 2020. In addition, Ronesha operates Hayes Consulting and Coaching, a Minority & Woman Owned Financial Consulting Agency established in June 2020, providing services to a diverse clientele. Ronesha holds contracts as a Mercatus Navigator with both Washington County and Prosper Portland, promoting intentional purchasing from local BIPOC businesses. Previously, Ronesha was the Education and Credit Program Manager at Mercy Corps, where initiatives supported local entrepreneurs and underserved communities. Ronesha's extensive background also includes roles at Bellingham Athletic Club Inc and Pioneer Food Services, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration from Western Washington University.
