Dori Katz

Dori Katz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dori currently works as a Product Manager at Prospera Technologies since May 2021. Prior to this, they held multiple positions at ParKam, starting as a Geographic Information System Specialist from September 2016 to August 2018. Dori then served as the Head of Projects from August 2018 to April 2021, where they collaborated with stakeholders and oversaw operations in various projects worldwide.

Before joining ParKam, Dori worked at Ben Gurion University of the Negev as a Research Fellow and Graduate Teaching Assistant from October 2015 to September 2017. During this time, they applied data science techniques and visualization to obtain insights from landscape evolution modeling.

Additionally, they worked at Geo-Teva Environmental Consulting LTD as a GIS Specialist and Field Supervisor from September 2014 to October 2015. Their responsibilities included redesigning data collection procedures and creating maps for environmental impact reports.

Dori also has experience in a leadership role as the Head of 'Beit Prat' Be'er Sheva at Ein Prat The Midrasha. Dori managed a team and volunteers, organizing a program for students to learn and come together.

Earlier in their career, Dori worked as a Travel Guide at Israeli Roots Odyssey and served as a Captain in the IDF from August 2005 to April 2010.

Dori Katz obtained a Bachelor's Degree with a double major in Economics and Geography from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Dori continued their education at the same institution and received a Master's degree in Geographic Information Systems from 2015 to 2017.
