Felisita Lethe

Felisita Lethe is an experienced project officer currently working at Prospera since December 2021, with a background in program coordination and administration. Previously, Felisita held positions at RS Components as a Business Support Coordinator and at Management Systems International as a Program Officer for the USAID/Indonesia Monitoring Evaluation Support Project (MESP), where responsibilities included extensive team coordination and reporting to USAID. Additionally, Felisita has worked at The SMERU Research Institute as a Program Administration Assistant, at Save the Children International as a Project Assistant, and at Management Systems International as a Program Assistant supporting integrity and accountability initiatives. Felisita's career began in marketing administration at PT Malindo Feedmill TBK and included a role as Liaison Officer for the Indonesia Art and Culture Scholarship. Felisita earned a Bachelor of Political Science degree from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan between 2007 and 2011.
