Naomi Shanda Kandita Hartanto

Naomi Shanda Kandita Hartanto is a Research Analyst at Prospera, focusing on Gender, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI), Digital Transformation, and Bureaucracy Reform since August 2023. Concurrently, Naomi serves as a Mentor at WomenWorks since November 2021 and completed a Research Internship at the Global Institute for Women's Leadership - ANU from February to June 2023, contributing to government-related projects through data compilation and literature reviews. Prior experience includes roles as a Sales Marketing Agent at PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk., and as an Audit Associate at EY, progressing from Audit Associate 1 to Audit Associate 2. Naomi began their professional journey as an Operational Asset Intern at PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk. Naomi holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from The Australian National University and a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan.
