Usha Adelina Riyanto is an economist specializing in gender and social inclusion, currently serving as an Economist and Research Analyst at Prospera since September 2021. Usha's previous experience includes a role as a Research Analyst at The World Bank from November 2020 to April 2022, and as an Economist at UNDP from March 2021 to September 2021. Prior to these positions, Usha worked with the National Team for the Acceleration of Poverty Reduction (TNP2K) from August 2016 to July 2019 in various roles including Monitoring Associate and Research Implementation Intern. Usha also gained teaching experience as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Indonesia in early 2016, and served as an SME Development Intern at the Central Bank of Indonesia in mid-2015. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Development Economics and Policy from The University of Manchester (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from University of Indonesia (2012-2016).
