Kathleen Redgate

Kathleen Redgate is Chief Operations Officer of Prosperity Life Group. She joined in January 2022. She has 22 years of experience in business acquisition and integration, transformation initiatives, and insurance operations. Previously, Kathleen was Chief Operating Officer Global Atlantic Financial Group, as well as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs. Kathleen also serves as a Non-Executive Director for American Enterprise Group.
