Julie Feliciano

Julie Feliciano has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Julie is currently a Program Manager at Prosperix, where they facilitate the hiring process and resolves operational issues for all MSP accounts. Julie also creates operation guides and evaluates program performance. Prior to this, they worked at Volt Consulting Group, starting as an Onsite Manager and eventually becoming a Program Manager overseeing a multimillion-dollar MSP program in contract labor spend. Julie developed recruitment plans and managed multiple staffing agencies. Before that, they were an Office Manager at Ernst Licht Embroidery and Imports, where they oversaw production schedules and managed international imports. Julie'searliest work experience was as a Human Resources Manager at Orthopaedic Associates of Reading, where they were involved in recruiting, training, employee development, and enforcing company policies.
