James Swartwout

James Swartwout is a seasoned executive in the fintech and brokerage industries, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Prosperum Fintech Holdings since January 2025 and as a Director at Adkin Walker Holdings Limited since September 2024. Prior to these roles, James held multiple leadership positions at Robinhood from April 2019 to January 2025, including VP roles focused on brokerage and clearing operations, as well as President and CEO of Robinhood Securities LLC and Robinhood Financial LLC. Additional experience includes serving as a Business Advisor at TACOai, Senior Director of Trading at Ally, and COO roles at both TD Ameritrade and Scottrade. James started at tradeMONSTER, where significant accomplishments included transforming the startup into a highly-rated brokerage firm, and also held executive positions at E*TRADE Financial for several years.
