Jes Bickhart

Jes Bickhart is an experienced professional in the fields of product development and media. Currently serving as Product Owner for Corporate Functions at Gallagher since May 2024, Jes is focused on building AI-driven tools for the insurance sector. Concurrently, as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Prosperum Fintech Holdings since January 2023, Jes is involved in developing AI-driven tools for private equity and family offices. Previously, Jes founded and led Minnow, a streaming service consolidation platform, which attracted significant venture capital investment. Earlier career experiences include roles at Gidden Media LLC, where Jes served as Director of Film & TV Development, overseeing notable projects and maintaining an extensive development slate, and as Creative Executive, helping establish the company under Amy Baer. Jes holds a Bachelor’s degree in Film Production from Loyola Marymount University and completed high school at The Haverford School.
