Eric Phelan

Eric Phelan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Eric is currently the Co-Founder and CTO of Prospr At Work Inc., where they are focused on transforming how companies manage and engage their frontline employees. Prior to this, Eric worked as the VP Product at optilyz and as the Interim Chief Technology Officer and Head of Product at Glam&Go. Eric also has experience as a Freelance Software Developer for various early-stage projects and as the Co-Founder and CTO of Springshot. Furthermore, Eric founded Kunst & Seele and worked as a Lassa Fever Project Manager at Harvard University. Eric began their career as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers and as a Summer Analyst at Banc of America Securities.

Eric Phelan attended Harvard University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics.
