Mandi Harcourt McIpd

Mandi Harcourt MCIPD has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Mandi'smost recent position is as the Head of HR at Protas, where they started in December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Wellcome Trust from January 2017 to August 2021. Mandi also served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Save the Children UK from September 2013 to October 2016.

Before these roles, Mandi worked at Transport for London as an HR Business Partner from May 2007 to October 2011. Here, they provided strategic and tactical HR advice and support to improve business performance and implemented the HR agenda. Mandi had direct involvement with Service Directors, General Managers, and Performance Managers of the London Underground lines.

Mandi'searlier experiences include working as an HR Consultant at the Housing Corporation from May 2002 to December 2006, as a Senior Personnel Officer at Harrow Council from September 1999 to May 2002, as a Personnel Officer at Paddington Churches Housing Association from June 1996 to September 1999, and as a Personnel Assistant at the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux from September 1989 to June 1996.

Mandi Harcourt MCIPD obtained a Post-Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from London South Bank University between 1994 and 1996. Prior to that, they attended South East Essex Sixth Form College in 1987 and 1988, and Ingatestone Anglo-European School from 1984 to 1987.
