Rachel Johnston

Rachel Johnston has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Rachel'smost recent position was at Protas as an I.T. Training Lead and Technical Writer, starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at dunnhumby as a User Assistance Manager from May 2020 to March 2023, and as a Technical Writer from February 2017 to October 2022. Rachel also worked at Mekon Ltd as a Consultant from May 2012 to February 2017, at Expert-24 as a Technical Author from December 2010 to June 2011, and at City South Manchester Housing Trust as a Technical Author from January 2010 to July 2010. Rachel has also held positions at Openbravo, Infor Ltd, Infor, and Promethean Ltd, where they served as a Senior Technical Writer, Senior Technical Author, and Technical Author, respectively. Rachel's work experience demonstrates their expertise in technical writing, user assistance, and training.

Rachel Johnston attended UCL from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a B.A. (Hons) degree in Archaeology. Rachel also obtained a certification in Semantic Web Training from the Semantic Web Company (SWC) in 2023.
