Andica Kunst

Andica Kunst joined Protean in October of 2021 after serving as its outside counsel since June of 2020. Over her legal career, Andica has represented both private and publicly-traded companies in a wide range of business and legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities regulation and general corporate issues. She has advised companies in a variety of industries, ranging from biotech research firms to personal care and software developers to investment banks. Her tenure as general counsel of the 4th largest New York Stock Exchange specialist firm gave Andica a special insight and appreciation of the operational side of a business and the importance of an outcome-focused approach.
