Marcos Zakakiotis

Marcos Zakakiotis serves as the Mechanical Design Manager at Protean Electric, a position held since December 2019, where responsibility includes leading the Mechanical Design Engineering department and overseeing mechanical activities for core products. Prior to this, Marcos worked at Textron Specialized Vehicles, initially as a Mechanical Engineering Intern and later progressing to roles such as Design Engineer and Lead Design Engineer, where projects included new vehicles and rotary attachments. With a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds, Marcos possesses expertise in mechanical design, advanced motor technologies, and project management, complemented by proficiency in various CAD software.
