Tommy Rolando has a diverse work experience in various industries. Tommy most recently worked at Protech as a Customer Care/Support Manager. Prior to that, they held the position of Customer Care/Support Co-Manager at the same company. Tommy also served as a Senior Support Consultant/Manager In Training/Subject Matter Expert at Protech. In 2018, Tommy worked as a delivery driver at J. Burke Catering, where they gained skills in conflict resolution, customer communications, and business relationship management.
