Caitlin van Manen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Team Leader and Senior Human Resources Advisor at Protech Group since April 2022. Before this role, Caitlin worked as a Human Resources Advisor at Engineering Applications Pty Ltd from November 2017 to April 2022, gaining valuable expertise in the field. Caitlin holds a Bachelor’s of Business degree in Human Resources Management from Griffith University, completed between March 2014 and June 2018, and also studied Human Resource Management/Logistics and Supply Network Management at Griffith University from 2014 to 2016. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive HR and employment relations advice, alongside developing and implementing national strategies to enhance engagement, culture, and operational alignment with core business values.
