Janay Ackerman

Janay Ackerman currently serves as the Virtual Head Office Manager for Pro-Tech Solutions, LLC in Michigan since September 2023. Prior to this role, Janay spent over 16 years as a Licensed Insurance Agent at Great Lakes Insurance Agency. Janay's experience also includes working as a Litigation Paralegal at the Law Offices of Rowling & Partipilo, PC, and as a Paralegal at Langford & Gebauer for over seven years. Janay holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Paralegal Studies from Indiana University Bloomington and completed general studies at Athens High School.
