Catherine Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer engagement, training, and education. Currently serving as the Senior Customer Engagement and Training Manager at Protecht since November 2017, Catherine has held progressive roles in the company, including Customer Engagement and Training Manager, Training Lead, and Technical Trainer. Prior experience includes working as a Business Process Improvement Partner (Training Specialist) at Laureate Education, Inc., and various roles at Think Education, where Catherine managed the Flexible and Online Learning program. Earlier roles include leading the Prince’s Trust Personal Development Programme at South Bank Colleges and teaching as an Associate English Teacher and Form Tutor in the inaugural Teach First Leadership Development Programme. Catherine holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature and History from The University of Sheffield and has completed the Teach First Program for Qualified Teacher Status.
