Marc Alvarez

Marc Alvarez serves as the Managing Director at Protego Trust since September 2021. Previously, Marc held the position of Vice President of Data Management & Operations at Thomson Reuters, where the establishment and leadership of an enterprise corporate data organization were achieved. Other notable roles include advising for ConsenSys, Executive Director and Chief Data Officer at Mizuho Securities USA Inc., Program Director for TMX Group, and Senior Director at Interactive Data Corporation, among others. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of British Columbia, Marc has extensive experience in data management, product development, and strategic marketing across various sectors, including fintech and capital markets.
