Sandrina Jorgji has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sandrina started their career at Towers Watson as a Pension Administration Analyst, where they were responsible for defining project requirements, documenting business processes, and resolving customer inquiries. Sandrina then worked at De Lage Landen Financial Services as a Structured Sales Support Analyst, where they processed leasing applications, acted as a subject matter expert, and conducted workflow analysis. Sandrina then joined IKEA Global as an SPOC Consultant/IT Helpdesk, handling IT technical support cases and actively participating in change and life cycle management. Sandrina later worked at Quaker Chemical Corporation as a Business Applications Analyst, leading IT projects, reviewing workflow design, and designing test scenarios. Sandrina also worked as an IT Support Specialist II, providing technical support for business applications and developing end-user training documentation. Sandrina then joined Quaker Houghton as an IT Project Management Business Analyst, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring project quality and timelines. Most recently, Sandrina founded www.trendmenot.com and is currently working as a Technical Project Manager at Protego Trust. In this role, they are responsible for managing technical projects and providing support to senior leadership. Throughout their career, Sandrina has demonstrated strong project management skills, effective communication, and the ability to analyze and collect business data.

Sandrina Jorgji obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Temple University from 2008 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Phoenix from 2011 to 2013.

In terms of additional certifications, Sandrina received various qualifications throughout the years. In 2022, they obtained the "Reactive Architecture(1): Introduction to Reactive Systems" certification from Lightbend, Inc.
