Satyajit Lele

Satyajit Lele has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and companies. Satyajit started their career at KPMG as a Senior Executive in Assurance, where they worked on group reporting assignments, statutory audits, and special purpose audits for clients in different industries. After that, they took a sabbatical to pursue CIMA Managerial Level and also studied Italian. Satyajit then joined Siemens Limited as a Senior Executive in Infra Controlling and later worked as a Managing Partner at S P Lele & Co, where they handled assignments such as carve-out of business, risk-based internal audit, and drafting of information memorandums. Satyajit rejoined Siemens Limited as a Manager in Accounting & Controlling, leading a team responsible for balance sheet reviews, process improvements, and mergers and acquisitions projects. Satyajit continued their career at DNV as a Finance Manager, responsible for accounting, compliance, and banking for multiple countries. Currently, they hold a position as an Executive & Finance Director at Protegrity.

Satyajit Lele's education history includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree from R. A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics, obtained from 2000 to 2005. Satyajit then pursued a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, completing it from 2002 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Italian Language from IICCI in 2009-2010. Satyajit also holds an ACMA, CGMA in Management Accounting from CIMA, earned from 2009 to 2014. Satyajit has recently completed an International Executive Master in Business (Executive MBA) from SDA Bocconi Asia Center in 2018-2019. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in IFRS from ICAEW in 2010.
